We have set ourselves the monumental task of building a new much-needed WMS Building by the end of 2026. We have already been granted planning permission on our new site, but there is a huge list of tasks which need to be performed in the right sequence if our vision is to become reality. Wharfedale Men’s Shed (WMS) began its journey in March 2019 and has grown with a vision for a purpose-built home. After years of searching and planning, a design for a new workshop has secured planning consent, marking an exciting step toward making this vision a reality.
